Often as Realtors, our most difficult job is trying to work past the emotional side of selling your home. Even the most savvy business people end up losing perspective and taking things personally when it comes to their home - Because it is your HOME. It’s not just a building with bricks and mortar, it’s the place you celebrated your little victories, or maybe brought your new baby home to; the place that your memories all center around, whether they are good, or maybe a little sad. As a Realtor, one of my strengths is helping sellers prepare their home for sale through effective staging and editing.  I believe that this is the first step to ensuring your largest investment will net you every dollar you can possibly achieve.  We cannot control the market, but we can control how your house shows and make sure that it is at its best when we launch our marketing campaign for your house.
